1. How can I pay?

We accept all common payment methods, including PayPal, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Klarna, Apple Pay and Sofortüberweisung.

2. How long does shipping take?

The standard delivery time is 2–3 business days within Germany. International orders may take slightly longer.

3. Which shipping service provider is used?

We ship with DHL. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

4. How does a return process work?

Send our support team a short message with your order number. Returns will be processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the email.

5. How do the sizes fit?

Our products are deliberately cut a bit wider and looser – in keeping with the modern street style look. If you're between sizes or prefer a more fitted fit, we recommend choosing a size smaller.
The oversized fit is part of our design concept and creates a casual, urban vibe. You can find a detailed size chart directly on the respective product page.

6. What to do in case of production errors?

If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team with a photo of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue immediately.

7. Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are produced in Turkey under fair conditions and then finished in Germany. Quality, sustainability, and responsibility are our top priorities.
